Most of the products shown on our website, are in stock and available for same day despatch. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you at the soonest opportunity to advise you of the stock status, and the options available to fulfil the order.

4.00pm UK time.
United Kingdom Delivery
- Small Packets up to 2kg – Royal Mail 24 (non-tracked)
- All Parcels – UPS Next Day (Tracked) / Express Before Noon, available upon request for an additional charge.
- Large Consignments – TPN Pallet Service, Next Day
The majority of orders received before 4.00pm are despatched for next day delivery.
For Northern Ireland, remote and offshore locations, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Parcel tracking is available upon request for UPS parcel and TPN pallet delivery services. Please email sales@impactsocket.co.uk.
International Delivery
UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver services will be used for international deliveries, depending on the destination. Only one service is available per destination country, see checkout for the service available to the destination country.
Transit Times:
- UPS Standard 5+ Business Days*
- UPS Express Saver 1-5 Business Days*
*Transit times are estimated and subject to custom’s processing.
International customers are welcome to arrange shipments via their own carrier. We recommend this option for large one-off orders.
Importer Information
At the check-out please provide the information requested as this will minimise any potential delays in processing your shipment through customs.
- EU Business Customers – EORI and VAT numbers are mandatory for all commercial shipments into the European Union
- Business Customers – Recommended for all commercial imports to be accompanied by business tax / importer identification number.
- Personal Customers – Recommended for all personal imports to be accompanied by personal tax identification number / Citizen Identification.
We reserve the right to hold any order, while we request the necessary Importer Information to process the shipment with UPS.
Trade Account Customers
Delivery terms and conditions are specific to the supplier agreement.
Carriage is charged when the order is invoiced, in accordance with the supplier agreement.
